In this project, we started with an existing apartment engulfed in narrow compartments and with limited natural light entry. After a meticulous analysis of the existing potentials, we determined that the residence needed to undergo a metamorphosis towards open spaces, directly connected to the exterior patio, to make the most of the natural light flowing in from the street.
From the outset, our primary focus during the renovation was to conceive a home that not only stood out for its aesthetics but also adhered to criteria of energy efficiency and optimal utilization of natural light and ventilation. To achieve this goal, we implemented various architectural strategies and solutions that not only reduce energy consumption but also create bright and welcoming environments, breathing life into a space that is not just lived in but experienced.
