In the historical center of Inca a modest apartment was given for a full renovation. While demolishing walls and ceilings some valuable elements of the traditional mallorcan architecture were discovered.
The renovation seeks to combine the clarity of a modern space with the luminosity offered by the inner courtyard, combined with the traditional constructive elements discovered: ceilings of noble wooden beams and handmade tiles.
