Renovation and modernization of Hostal Sol i Mar for transformation into a three-star superior hotel. The establishment built in 1968 located on the beachfront of Migjorn beach faces a complete transformation planned in several phases to adapt to the new sustainability needs and demands of today’s tourism.
Currently the first phase has been implemented for the creation of rooms and spaces adapted for people with reduced mobility.
